WE ARE dreamBIG

Arnold Schwarzenegger. It is a great inspiration for the whole dreamBIG, especially for our boss Martin (you can probably know it from looking at the photo). In our daily work, we follow the six rules defining the route of Arnold Schwarzenegger to success.

  1. We believe in ourselves and in what we do. It makes sense to us.
  2. We are not afraid to go beyond the established conventions. We are creative and original.
  3. We are not afraid of making mistakes. We can recognise them, and most importantly, correct them.
  4. Negativity is a foreign concept to us. Is something wrong? We say it will be all right. We like to look for new ways, modes and solutions.
  5. We put everything into it, we play all-in. It’s hard work, but it pays off.
  6. We give back. The IT community represents not only a source of fun but also livelihood. That’s why we give something back. How? By the quality content of our events.
